Top Layer

EGL’s video campaigns give communities a rallying point around which they can mobilize against gangs in their neighbourhoods.

Top Layer

Print campaigns are part of an ongoing public outreach effort to bring attention to gangs and stimulate discussion about gangs.
Deliberately edgy and thought-provoking, meant to defy convention and evoke controversy and start conversations.

Middle Layer

The EGL program visits local schools to give anti-gang presentations providing build resilience against the negative influences of street gang culture.

Middle Layer

All of the products will also be made available to every police agency, RCMP detachment, community groups, schools, etc throughout the province.
Educational booklets will be beneficial to parents by helping them to learn and recognize the signs of potential gang involvement in their children.

Intervention & Exiting.

Bottom Layer

Gang Intervention and Exiting Team provides support to high-risk individuals who are engaged in gang-related activities and want to exit.

Bottom Layer

The team consists of police officers and civilian case managers who provide outreach, safety planning and resources.

Supports to high-risk individuals counselling, life coaching, education, employment, & mental health supports.
